The ATS Combat Leader Admin Pouch is designed around the "Rite in the Rain" tactical field book (980 and 980T). The field notebook is a great tactical resource for combat leaders so it needs an equally impressive admin pouch to carry it! The pouch features a generous internal capacity with a small amount of give to allow the carry of objects other than a flat notebook. There is a row of internal 1" elastic with dividers to carry pens, pencils, chemlights, cell-phone, etc. It has a cord tie-down loop on either side of the pouch to secure sensitive or high value items. There is also a flat zippered pocket on the front of the pouch that is perfect for a passport, ID, or other credentials that can be accessed without opening the Velcro main lid. It is compatible with any MOLLE platform and made in the USA of the highest quality mil-spec materials.
