WARRANTY/RETURNS ENO warrants their product(s) to be in good condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original sale date. They suggest removing sharp objects from your pockets before using the hammock, as they could potentially pierce the hammock. The hammocks are machine washable. Use a mild detergent and just hang it up to dry. Treat all other ENO products like you would a tent or similar camping gear-wash only when absolutely necessary and by hand.
