AA battery version.  The M552 also allows interchangeability with one common battery source across all standard battery powered gear.  Now operators can stock, maintain, and deploy with one common battery for CQB optic, night vision systems, GPS, flashlights, radio equipment, etc.

The M552 extends the battery life to over 500 hours at the nominal daylight setting, level 12, and allows operation in extreme arctic temperatures.  The M552 accommodates all versions of AA batteries including lithium, alkaline, and rechargeable types.  The AA version is only available in the M552 version of the EOTech.

The model 552 features the updated waterproof control panel, and rubberized extended buttons for increased ease of operation- especially in the dark or with gloves on!
