Otis gun cleaning and care kits are not only
compact and lightweight, they use techniques
regarded by the military and competitive
shooters as being the most effective. Otis
kits are designed for rifles, shotguns and
pistols, and all clean the barrel from
breech to muzzle. This insures no solvents
or fouling is allowed to run back into the
action or trigger mechanism. Each component
of the Otis system is designed to clean your
firearm with the maximum effectiveness but
also with the maximum care to insure the
throat, lead, lands, grooves and muzzle
without wear or damage. Brushes and jags are
solid brass and the brushes have a brass
core. Otis patches are 100% cotton with a
tight weave that will not breakdown when
used with solvents and are most effective
removing fouling from the barrel. For
shotguns the Otis patch savers are soft
solvent resistant durometer plugs that force
the patch to the full diameter of the bore
allowing the cleaning of the chamber,
forcing cone, bore and choke in one simple
process without disassembly. The Memory Flex
rod (pull cable) is aircraft grade cable
with a durable nylon protective coating. The
steel cannot come in contact with any
portion of your firearm and the nylon
coating is also solvent resistant. Otis bore
cleaner is an advanced bore cleaning
solution that cleans, penetrates, lubricates
and leaves a a protective coating on all
metal surfaces.
Otis kits are designed for shotguns, rifles,
and pistols. The Elite kit is designed to
maintain all rifles, shotguns and handguns
from .177 through 10 ga. The Otis Tactical
System is designed for rifles and shotguns
of all calibers, barrel lengths and is
packaged for travel. The 750 Tactical System
is used
by the FBI, DEA, Navy SEALS, Marine Sniper
Teams and the U.S. Army. Otis Micro
systems are designed specifically for either
rifles or shotguns of a specific caliber.
