The UP-MS has great versatility! You can carry 5 M-16 30 round magazines, smoke grenades, shotgun shells, loose rounds, medical items, or any other miscellaneous items you need to carry.

There is an outside pocket which is great for holding small items separate from the main compartment. The pouch can be attached to a military web belt with slide clips or can be worn over the shoulder with the shoulder strap and pad included with the purchase or every pouch.
